Job Board for international healthcare professionals

Job Board: B2B contracts you can do from your own country

Real contract listings from U.S. small and mid-sized businesses, paid in USD. These are contracts, not employee jobs, and we only post ones you can do from your home country. Each one comes with our read on how to pitch it.

How to read a listing

1

Format. One-time project or ongoing contract. It tells you what to offer.

2

Rate and client history. The posted range, what the client has actually paid on average, and how much they have spent.

3

Our read. What the listing is really asking for, and what to avoid in your proposal.

Why B2B, and how we choose

Look for B2B contracts, not only B2C clients

Why search both

B2C clients are individuals. They find you through search and social media, and each one pays for their own care or coaching. That builds visibility and trust.

B2B clients are businesses. They pay for results for a team or a customer base, such as a webinar, a coaching package or an expert review, and they can hire again.

The U.S. healthcare system is fragmented, so many companies buy whole-person wellness support themselves. That is why we look for both: B2C to be found, B2B for contracts where your own country is not a barrier.

What a listing must pass before we post it

  1. You can work from your home country. We check the client's location settings and the description, not only the headline.
  2. No U.S. license or in-person work. No local license, registration or visits required.
  3. Education, coaching or expert advice. Not clinical care.
  4. No supplement sales and no ethical gray areas. That includes paid endorsements and unsupported health claims.
  5. A real client. A posted rate in USD and a payment history we can see. When the history is thin, we say so on the card.

Verify everything yourself before you apply

We review each listing before we post it, but listings change, close or get edited, and we can miss details. Read the full listing yourself, confirm it is open to applicants in your country, confirm it does not require a license or registration you do not hold, and check the rules of your own licensing board. This page is general information, not legal, licensing or career advice. We cannot promise you will be hired or paid, and we are not affiliated with the clients or the platform.

About the client
5.0 from 18 reviews. About $15.7K spent across 56 hires (34 active), 602 hours billed. 81 jobs posted.

Our read

They want one live hour on holistic health, plus the deck. Pitch yourself as someone who can hold diet, mood and habits together in a single session. Offer an event, not a 12-week program. The client posts often and the listing mentions future collaboration, so a strong first event can lead to repeat work.

About the client
4.99 from 7 reviews. About $41.7K spent across 21 hires (10 active), 3,500+ hours billed. Mostly tax, bookkeeping and assistant work.

Our read

The range is wide and the client's average is low, so do not compete on the hourly floor. Propose a monthly package, such as four sessions plus a question channel, priced in USD and framed around a stressed tax season. The listing asks for fluent English, so write the proposal in clear English of your own.

About the client
New on the platform: 2 jobs posted, no completed contracts and no reviews yet. 20 invitations sent, 17 candidates invited to interview, none hired when we checked.

Our read

The scope is vague, and the range is very wide, so ask what a session looks like and how many a week before you quote. The listing asks for a master's in psychology with therapy or coaching experience. This is an individual, not a business, so it behaves more like B2C work. Keep your proposal in coaching language, not treatment, and check your own licensing board's rules first. We list it as an example only because the client has no track record yet.

Posted Sept 1, 2026, as of Oct 3, 2026. With 17 candidates already invited to interview, it may be close to filled. Viewing or applying needs an Upwork account.

Before you apply

English is the language of commerce

Even when a company welcomes Spanish-language materials, the proposal, the call and the contract are usually in English. Our Medical English courses prepare you for exactly those moments.

What marketplaces are good for

Small contracts with small and mid-sized businesses, paid in USD. Large retainers and clinic contracts are usually closed through referrals and direct networks instead. If you would like to pursue larger contracts, we work with you on your professional brand and marketing campaign to nurture relationships with larger companies.

Education and coaching, not clinical care

These examples are webinars and coaching for teams. Check the rules for your own profession and country before you offer anything that could be read as treatment.

About these listings

They are public postings on a third-party platform. We are not affiliated with the clients or the platform, and we cannot promise you will be hired.

1:1 coaching

Ready for bigger contracts? Let's work on your pitch.

Marketplace listings are a good start. Larger clients usually come through relationships, and I help international professionals build valuable relationships in 1:1 coaching, in English, the language of commerce.

Contract proposals

Write proposals that answer what the client is really asking, with scope and pricing in USD.

Pitching and verbal sales

Practice the call itself: how to introduce yourself, handle questions and ask for the next step, out loud, in English.

Pitch decks in English

Build decks for small, medium and enterprise businesses, each pitched differently.

Brand and relationship campaigns

Shape your professional brand and plan a campaign that nurtures relationships with larger clients over time.

Pitching to hospital executives

I have pitched hospital executives myself, with decks on the need to add certain aspects to their services to add value. I started those conversations on LinkedIn, then moved to the executive pitch. I coach that same path.

Sometimes the buyer is a non-profit

Some of my clients have found that the right partner is a non-profit that can secure grants to cover a partnership with a for-profit partner. We practice that pitch too because it is a different conversation from selling to a business directly.
